Getting insurance coverage for growth hormone

Hello out there,

We are just tapping into this new MAGIC resource. It's wonderful that it

now exists!

Due to job changes, we must select a new insurance plan. Our choices

include Aetna Core, PPO or EPO plans, or Harvard Pilgrim. Our daughter is

two years old, and it is very likely that she will be a candidate for

growth hormone. So, as we choose a new provider, we want to have GH in

mind. Does anyone have any experience with either of these providers with

respect to GH? Also, are there any questions I should be asking as I

explore the options?
