Guest guest
My 4 year old daughter has been on the gfcf diet for several months. She recently took the urinary peptide test from Great Plains Lab. Her results were high with casomorphin at >100 and gliadorphin at 53.0. Do the high values indicate that gluten and casein are somehow getting into her diet, or will the values go down over time. If someone could help me understand these results, I would appreciate it.
