Guest guest
Sandy, Welcome! I am a newcomer to Fibro and this group. I have found many caring, wonderful people here who have Fibro, among other things, in common. While each person reacts to treatment differently, some common suggestions I have received since being diagnosed 3 months are varied. Some include vitamins/homeopathic remedies, exercise (of different types), water therapy, yoga, accupuncture, sleeeping meds and narcotic and/or NSAID drugs, to name a few. I personally am trying Yoga and sleeping pills, along with narcotics when I have a terrible day. I rest a LOT. My dr. sent me to a Rheumatologist. Maybe that would work for you? You are not alone..we are here. Take care of you, Kristi skbcar1 wrote: >Hi everyone. I am new at this but I don't know where else to turn.
