Well Lu,

I don't know either, but if you find out, let me know. LOL

As for the stupid thing you did, I can beat it!! Today, Friday, I got

dressed (I thought) and went into the bathroom to do the makeup and hair and

something just didn't " feel " right. Did the makeup and hair and sprayed

deodorant in my hair instead of hair spray. Not a problem!!! My hair won't

stink today right? Well, walk to kitchen, something didn't " feel " right and

drank more Dr Pepper (my coffee in the morning), took my meds, gave the dogs

their meds and went to bathroom (literally). Found out then that I forgot to

put on my underwear!!! OK, go redress (include underwear this time) and

kiss dogs, cats, daughter (not in that order) and get into van to go and

noticed everything was very blurry. Scared me, then stopped panicking and

went through routine again. OK, forgot underwear, sprayed deodorant in hair

and also forgot contact lenses!!!! Pulled back into driveway, went back to

bathroom, put in my eyes and made it to work, 15 minutes late, but without

any problems!!!! Friday was straight down hill from there!!!! LOL So my

dear friend, you're not alone!!!!!!

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

LOL Well, I don't even know what a moderator is ? LOL must less spell

anything? LOL

I have got to tell you what stupid thing I did today, of course I shouldn't

even tell it. I got up and dressed and went to town to run errands, came

back

home and went into the bathroom and briefly looking in the mirror noticed I

had put my shirt on inside out today. LOL I kept wondering when I was in

town

why everyone kept looking at me strange, lol suddenly I knew the answer. lol

I've been this route also. My daughter lived for a very brief, short

stint of time w/my mom. My mom and her husband could NOT deal w/her,

not at all......especially when ...... subsequent to my mom and her

husband setting down some rules, K claimed that my mom's husband

touched her *inappropriately*. Thus, ended her stint at my mom's

place.

She could no longer live in my household (me, the mom and also her

bio dad here in this household) because she was verbally abusive,

wouldn't follow rules, wouldn't take her meds, threatened physical

violence ..... regularly.

My husband's mom took her in and it was hell, for all of us. I knew

that my mil wouldn't be able to handle her but there was no telling

her that. She had to try it for herself. She soon found out that it

was WAY more than she could deal with and thus began the K's rotation

through many assisted living facilities, along w/a short stint of

living in the streets (because of her refusal to even live w/the

rules of the facilities where she was placed).

I will tell you that she (K) has exhausted every avenue as far as

family members who will take her in. They all know, now, she is/was

too much for them to handle.

K now lives in her very own trailer (a dump, dump, dump of a trailer)

and she is very happy. Her lifestyle still causes me to

cringe ...... but she's happy and staying, for the most part, w/in

the confines of the law, etc. It wasn't until she bumped her noggin

on the bottom several times though ...... that she learned to 1) take

her medication regularly (which she does do now, for the most part)

and 2) lay low and don't create so much havoc in every direction and

everything will go somewhat smoother for you, 3) keep any and all

appts. w/clinicians. Those things she is finally doing and we are

thrilled. That is saying a LOT for her.

It's a hard thing to watch someone you love and care for so dearly

take such a hard route, terribly hard. But, I firmly believe,

necessary in some cases.
