Hi and All! I have used this cream (Capsicum 0.075%) for lower back

pain for many years. The results are great but you must continue to apply it

or the deadenning of substance P wears off. BE AWARE! The cream itself burns

big time for the first few days! And always wear latex gloves when you apply

it because, no matter how well you wash your hands, a small amount is left

and will get in your eye or SOMEWHERE! Good luck and take good care, Pam in
