Yes, the very tops of the sprouts are legal, but be careful of the lower

parts and the seed coats.

You bet! Best juice there is -- but don't forget to dilute it half and

half with water in the early stages of the diet.

Algae are illegal. Regrettably.

Ooh, ooh! a JAPANESE cook. Once you get your feet on the ground with the

diet, you're going to have to help up with some good SCD-style

stuff!

That's what newbies do... <<

Yep, and I remember all the questions I peppered Elaine and and

with.... they didn't kill me, so I guess it's possible for us

old-timers to survive.

I will point you to

www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info

which is Elaine's official site, and which has a legal / illegal

list, the knowledge base, and other useful pieces of

information.

www.pecanbread.com

which is the children's web site, mostly about children with autism,

but also with other gut-related issues. They have an amazing amount of

information there, as well.

If you've checked those sites and can't find the information there, ask

here.

Just as a request, if you, or anyone else, is asking about a specific

product, please post the exact name and the URL if the maker has a web

site, so that it will be easier for old timers to find things.

Welcome to the list!
