Guest guest
Welcome Jodi. I use weak hot tea and add cloves, honey orange juice and a shot of whisky. I also have Benadryl made up without illegals at a compounding pharmacy. > i cannot seem to tolerate even basic homeopathic preparations. > supplements and meds scare the hell out of me as sometimes they cause > me such pain similar to the time i had a bowel obstruction to the > point i just can't move. > > Carol F. Guest guest
Jodi, One more thing. Chicken soup has always been and still is a great comfort and cold remedy. Recovering starch addicts will want to add some " Nutzoh Balls " Beat an egg loosely, Add a tablespoon of grated onion and enough almond flour to make a dough just stiff enough to form into balls. Add salt, pepper and dried parsley. Chill for a few minutes to firm it up. Shape into golf ball sized pieces and drop in boiling soup. Cover and simmer covered on lower heat for 15 minutes - no peeking. > > maybe someone knows of home remedies or any suggestions to aid me in > recovery.. because i really really don't want to take an antibiotic as > that usually gets me into real trouble with the CD. > > Carol F.
