Well,

I just want to thank all whom have replied. It makes me feel better

to hear your own stories and advice. I saw my doc today and he said

not to worry until I get to a " normal " weight, which would be 15 lbs

less than right now, but a weight I havent been at since my 20's (I'm

42). He also said the prednisone would catch up with me. He did take

my concern seriously though, which also made me feel better. Its hard

building a relationship with a new doc, especially under these

circumstances, but I think I might have a good one here. Only time

will tell.

Im gonna try the peanut butter brownies next-

First day of yogurt (yesterday) so far so good-

Tried the BTVC cheesecake- ehhh, will be better when I can make some

fruit sauce to top it, maybe blueberry or strawberry in a month or

two.

Got my hubby working on a BBQ sauce for me!

Thanks to you all, its truly a blessing have supportive folks here

who have paved the way, to listen and help with all of this.

You can make the exact same recipe with pecan butter.

That's how I still make it - it's delicious that way, btw.

There's also one with butternut squash added that's

delicious as well.
