I make my son smoothies, which he loves. I use 2 cups apple juice, 1/2 lb.

tofu, plain, 2-3 frozen bananas in chunks, a handful of frozen blueberries.

He's on a rotation diet and so the ingredients are all for day 3. I don't

see why you couldn't experiment with smoothies!! The fruit doesn't have to

be frozen, but it makes it more thick, like a shake. At our county fair,

which just ended, they make smoothies out of fresh and frozen fruit only. I

actually think milkshakes are too sweet now!
