Guest guest
I just started my son on a complete GFCF diet (2days ago). Did anyone experience their child having something like withdrawel symptoms when they first started????
Guest guest
The best pancakes are made with almond flour. They don't even taste gfcf. 1 cup almond flour 4 eggs 2 tablespoons honey 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 baking soda Cook on oiled griddle/pan There is a great bread too. Wholefoods in their bakery section sells freshly made millet bread in various types including the raisin bread. You can lightly toast it and it's quite good. Van's Waffles are gfcf. You might try a topping to see if your daughter likes that better. If you have to buy frozen gfcf bread, it is much better when you steam it so it's not so dry.
