Guest guest
Hi JoDee Beware of using too much FOS. Although it doesn't feed yeast it feeds the unfriendly bacteria as well as the friendly ones. Our sons DHPPA measure on the OAT doubled over 1 month, even though his yeast levels fell to almost normal. We were told this was because we had been using 1-2 tsp FOS per day and the anaerobic bacteria just gobbled it up.
