Eileen, you'll have to try it to see if it's okay for your body. Cut it lengthwise and scoop out the seeds. Place it cut side down in a pan with shallow water. Bake for about an hour. Katy

is it ok for week 5 and how do I prepare it???eileen

Eileen,

I will tell you I found it very hard to cut the spaghetti squash in half, but if I put it whole in a pan of water and cooked it for about 30 to 40 minutes first, it was much easier to cut in half and then scoop and cook another hour face down in water.

Good luck ...

You can also cut a few holes in the spaghetti squash, then microwave

it on high for 15 minutes. After letting it cool for 10 minutes or

so, you can slice it in half, remove the seeds, and use a fork to

scrape out the " spaghetti " strands.
