Guest guest
i bought a couple of organic aromatherapy oils one of them- oil of oregano to kill the yeast overgrowth. is this ok to take internally? i mean it's an essential oil- did i make a mistake? should i have purchased a different type? also, how do i take it? i tried olive leaf extract a while ago and 1 capsule caused me to be bed-ridden for 8 days- horrible pain!! but i find i just have too many candida symptoms! jodi
