i bought a couple of organic aromatherapy oils

one of them- oil of oregano

to kill the yeast overgrowth.

is this ok to take internally? i mean it's an essential oil- did i

make a mistake? should i have purchased a different type?

also, how do i take it?

i tried olive leaf extract a while ago and 1 capsule caused me to be

bed-ridden for 8 days- horrible pain!!

but i find i just have too many candida symptoms!

yeah, it's fine. ask about it on Healing Crow there's ton

about it there. you have to start with only about two or three drops

diluted

in some water a few times day I think. and then increase dosage.

it's very strong tasting so the dilution is necessary.

take two hours apart from probiotics.
