CLO is cod liver oil.

My DAN Dr. is an allergist and he said not to use the goat or sheep's milk

products...usually if someone is allergic to cow milk they will also have

trouble with those. Watch the cheese...a lot of the soy and rice ones have

casein in them....which makes me so mad. Why make cheese out of rice or soy

and then put milk back in it? Makes no sense to me.

If you can have soy (we can't) the tofutti cheese is really good. The

soymage is OK, and the vegan-rella is gross. (Just my rating of the cheese

that I tried in our pre-soy-free period.)

Goats milk is not ok. It still has casein in it.

Your child may have a problem with corn as well.

Rhonda,

I agree with Holly, your son probably has a corn allergy. There

is an amazingly valuable book called " Is this your Child " By Doris

Rapp M.D. It is about food intolerances, and the different ways that

they can affect people-- behavioral changes, headaches,

hyperactivity, fatigue, exezema, aggression, puffy under the eyes,

red cheeks and ears, constant runny nose, diarrhea,

constipation......... It's a huge book for $13.00-- very worth it.

It tells you how to do a rotation diet to figure out which food are

causing the problems.
