Full Body Cleanse Recipes

All of the following juice and smoothie recipes are suitable for our Full Body Cleanse program.

If you don't have a juicer and are thinking of getting one, I recommend the Champion Juicer; we've had one since 2003, and it continues to serve us well.

If you prefer a lighter-weight and powerful juicer, I recommend the L'Equip XL Juicer - it's the best wide-mouth centrifugal juicer that I've ever used.

Juice Recipes for the Full Body Cleanse Program

Directions: Use your favorite juicer to juice the ingredients listed under each juice. Drink while fresh.

Tomato Tonic

3 large, ripe tomatoes6 leaves leafy lettuceCucumber (about a 2-inch piece)1 garlic cloveHandful of fresh cilantro or parsleySmall wedge of lemon or lime

Apple Fennel Splash

1/2 fennel bulb2 apples1/2 small red cabbageSmall wedge of lemon or lime

Greens Tonic

3 ribs celeryBig handful of spinach2 stalks of asparagus1 large tomato1 carrot

Greens and Carrots

Big handful of parsley or cilantroBig handful of spinach2 ribs celery3-4 carrots
