Guest guest
Congratulations!!! You did exactly what Savage wanted someone to do: make an issue of his ridiculous stance on certain issues. Here are some results of giving him the time of day: 1. Those who have never heard of Savage knows his name now. I wonder how many more will listen in to his program out of curiosity. And I wonder how many will continue to listen. In any case it could increase his listening audience. Ratings are not based on agreement with the host. 2. Really, how many listeners will actually believe what he says about autism? 3. How does this Savage thing affect anything. Surely it won’t change the communication between teachers and autistic children. Money? Actually it wont change anything in services to the disabled….nada. 4. I don’t consider this man controversial. Controversial is when you have researchers disagreeing about themerasol or merely the timing of vaccinations. I get upset when health officials will not rule on the side of caution because some things haven’t been proven one way or another. I get upset when health officials forget that a newborn is not fully developed neurologically at birth and that itself should draw concern when you pump all these shots in him 5. I have already spent too much time discussing this idiot. He ain’t worth it. I maintain the best thing to do about this person is to do nothing. From: sList [mailto:sList ] On Behalf Of badillo9@... Guest guest
There is a positive side to his tirade. It brings the autism issue to the surface and in this case too much is not too much. It brings out the experts to refute it. Unfortunately Savage may also benefit from it. I wonder if he will appear on the weekend news circuit.
