Hi Serge,I am sorry to hear of your discomfort. Your symptoms sound so much like mine that I wanted to reply. Over time, I've learned that most of my dry mouth, rashes, diarrhea, gas, mucous, swollen glands, abdominal pain, and heartburn is due to a yeast overgrowth problem. The first thing that struck me about your diet (at least what you ate yesterday) is how much sugar it contains. I found that the only way I could get a handle on the dry mouth/mucous/swollen glands/heartburn was to go almost completely sugar-free. No fruit, no honey, no juice, no high-sugar veggies. Instead, I eat lots of greens, other fresh veggies, yogurt, meats. I also have to take antifungal medications, at least for the present. I won't have to be

so rigid about sugar forever, just until the yeast is brought under control and is acting more politely within the ecosystem of my body :-)Other folks have given good advice. I just wanted to add my perspective. I hope you find some comfort, and sleep.Nina in MA----- Original Message ----I started having major digestive problems about 2.5 years ago. My initial symptoms were reflux and acute pharyngitis (swollen esophagus),

dry mouth, bleeding mouth ulcers and cankers, cracked and coated tongue, heavy oral mucus, insomnia, swollen glands in the neck area, abdominal pain, skin rash, rapid weight loss and constipation. The skin

rash is a lot like acne early in the morning and becomes dry and scaly in the afternoon.
