I had a disastrous afternoon vis a vis eating mindlessly (handsful of candy corn!) and ended up feeling lousy...phsyically, and then mentally. This told me, guess what, you don't actually like candy corn: I would have been happier and felt better with some real food. I am grocery shopping later today, and I"m going to experiment with buying more Real Food, and see if it satisfies better than fat free and sugar free this and that.

I found out the same thing with Hostess Ding Dongs! I thought I liked them;but you know, to me they are icky! Before I subbed to the group, I had bought a box of Hostess Ding Dongs! After being a member here for onlya day (of reading), I found out I was mistaken about the Ding Dongs, I don't like them! My awareness entered the picture where as before it wasjust a thing to do. Wow to how lost I have been to my self, all I wanted todo was find what would make me unconscious, and the Ding Dongs typeof food supplied me with the drugged effect I wanted; but just to eat themas a food- they are really not all that great! That is something for me tothink about, much more to discover.
