Guest guest
Hi Suzanne, I gave up dieting 2 years ago - it is scary and liberating at the same time. I listen to McKenna's CD at night for relaxation. Welcome Sharon > > Hi all, > > I am new to Intuitive Eating. Guest guest
Suzanne-- Welcome to the group. I'm fairly new to this concept myself. For me getting into the ie mindset has been a process and definately does not happen overnight. Some days if I can just do ie for 1 meal/snack I'm doing good. And I feel like I'm learning something new about myself/eating signals everyday. God Bless, Dayna:) To: IntuitiveEating_Support From: suzzyqb@...Date: Tue, 4 Nov 2008 03:21:48 +0000Subject: New and looking for advice Hi all,I am new to Intuitive Eating. I am in the midst of reading a book on it and have seen McKenna's show which seems to follow the same concept. I have to say, though, that I'm very nervous about giving up the idea of dieting, although there is nothing I would like more. Do you have any suggestions as to how to embrace this new mindset and just let go? I am open to all suggestions. Thank you!Suzanne When your life is on the go—take your life with you.
