Guest guest
Yes, I agree... Latoya has some really great feedback. Lately I have found myself being more stressed out than usual. I am wondering if apart of this is because I have not binged or emotionally ate for awhile. Instead I have been grinding my teeth in my sleep! ; ) - K > > > > Hi! > > > > Thanks to everyone who has been reading and responding to my > posts. I > > really appreciate it. Guest guest
I have noticed that since I'm not turning to food as much to deal with stressful situations, I not only grind my teeth, but my immune system is playing havoc on me and I not only have developed a head cold, but my nerve endings feel like they are on fire! I tend to itch more and be very senstive to pain and discomfort. I find the best way to combat this is deep breathing and remind myself to just relax. My Mom used to call it " feeling your hands and feet " . But if you can tense my certain parts of your body, such as your feet and then totally focus in on relaxing them and work your way through your body. When you are finished you have a deep sense of relaxation throughout your body and feel you can handle just about anything. It also can help in figuring out what the emotions are that you are feeling. Alana > > > > > > Hi! > > > > > > Thanks to everyone who has been reading and responding to my > > posts. Guest guest
Yes... agh the teeth grinding is so annoying. I feel like I do it unconsciously and sometimes my jaw locks up from the wear. I better tell my dentist! ; ) Those are some great suggestions! Too much time is spent running around instead of focusing on myself. Thanks! - Kaylin I have noticed that since I'm not turning to food as much to deal with stressful situations, I not only grind my teeth, but my immune system is playing havoc on me and I not only have developed a head cold, but my nerve endings feel like they are on fire!
