OOPS, I was eating up to 10 cups a day, thinking that I needed the probiotics in it. Now I guess I was totally wrong, and that may be my problem. I will move over to more chicken soup and plain chicken.

I will try the oil of oregano. I am also taking diflucan.

Thanks to everybody,

, make sure you don't go over the 3 cup limit of yogurt. You should also (along with the other advice of oregano) hold the yogurt in your mouth and swish it around, many times a day. Maybe before you swallow it or just spit it out. KatyStart the year off right. Easy ways to stay in shape in the new year.

my friend has lyme disease and one of the manifestations that she

experiences is bell's palsy in the guy. her doc- dr galland suggested

she take cellulose powder.

after hearing how wonderful scd is working for me.. she has decided

to look into it for herself. she is on a very limited diet due to

severe systemic candida.

she is worried that the cellulose powder will feed the bad bacteria

and ferment. what do you guys think?

and did elaine have anything to say about my friends situation?

did she ever encounter this?

My yeast/fungi is mostly seen in my mouth, with a thick white/yellowish layer on my tongue, gums etc.but it is in my whole system for sure, as my stomach gets queasy after I took probiotics. They just do not agree with me, that is the reason I upped the amount of yogurt, but again I do not know if it is the right thing to do.

Thanks for whoever can give me some solid advice,
