Guest guest Posted October 27, 2008 Report Share Posted October 27, 2008 you mentioned studying ... maybe the urge to eat is your subconscious way to procrastinate on studying when you think you " should " be studying (I definitely understand that, I'm kind of a perpetual grad student!). also just the stress of wondering how you are doing... It sounds to me like what you really want is a nice nap Remember, sleeping after studying is proven to help you remember better :) ..
