Guest guest
I started the intro diet Feb. 5 and have been taking it really slow, but I've only had 2 BMs. So far, I've only added back in overly cooked zuccini and carrots. Someone mentioned that I might not be having BMs because my body is using up most of what I eat. In a day I eat 4-5 cups of chicken broth with the chicken shredded back in it and the carrots pureed and added back, boiled eggs, homemade gelatin and diluted grape juice. It still seems to me that I should be having BMs. Anyway, my dilemma is I've misplaced my BTVC book and don't have the proper method for stewing prunes. Would someone please post the correct procedure for this?
