IgG food allergy tests

Have any of you who have done IgG food allergy testing repeated the test a second time? My son had one done last December and his only high sensitivity was to milk and yogurt. I took him off of milk products for several months, then reintroduced them slowly with no changes in him. I just had the test done again (because I wondered if that milk sensitivity had anything to do with him getting over a bad stomach bug) and I have VERY different results this time. I expected some fluctuations in the food groups that he was sensitive too, but he went from having NO sensitivities in the meat group to being WAY WAY off the charts. This time the milk was negative. His diet, health status, or the lab performing the test, hasnt changed so I find this weird and very confusing! Are these tests that unreliable? Anyone else experience this?

Thanks,
