I don't understand. If you replace your oven light bulb with a 60

watt light bulb and leave the yogurt in here for 24 hours it wil heat

to the required 100F.

I've been making yogurt in the oven for eight years. Trust me. It

works. Put it in, leave it alone for 24 hours.

Elaine said you may have to prop the oven door open with a pen or something else if it is too warmBefore I got my yoghurt maker, I tried the oven a couple of times and found to get the oven up to the correct temp I had to use a 100 w. bulb. Maybe size of oven has to do with it??? Don't really know. Then I found when the weather was warmer I needed to stick a dish towel in to vent it a bit to get the proper temp.  Carol F.Celiac, SCD 8 years,MCS, Latex Allergyhttp://www.celiac.com/authors/143/Carol-Frileghhttp://www.talkaboutcuringautism.org/gfcf-diet/sc-diet.htm
