Dripping makes the yogurt rich and thick and removes the liquid

galactose making the yogurt easier to tolerate. I add almond butter

and honey to the serving dish and it is divine!

can't do yet but sounds yummy - how do I drip - will it remove the

fat I need?

Drip through cheesecloth or a paper coffee filter. Marilyn uses

hankies. Only liquid will be discarded, not fat or calories.
