Guest guest
Dr. Dana Wallace and her nurse practitioner Stefanie Lamanna are great! They are located in hollywood off of stirling and park road. Be prepared to be there about 4 hours on the first visit. You'll always wait, but they are good. > > Hello, > > I'm looking for an allergist in the SW Broward area for my 8 year old daughter. Guest guest
I'm still looking for a good Allergist. Can anyone recommend somebody? Dr. Wallace sounds nice, however waiting for 4 hours is not an option for me. Any referrals would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! e Silva wrote: I thought I mentioned this to everyone.but I don't have a a great memory sometimes. Have you heard of the ALCAT Test? I can not afford a DAN doctor; and then my own doctor told me about this test. It is a blood test, and it tests for all that and more, including chemicals, blue dyes , molds, etc. (coverd patially by some PPO's.) We are going to have it done t see if it can help us point some of her food triggers that cause her GI problems, Skys Mom ----- Original Message ----From: ewalkerrose <ewalkerrosebellsouth (DOT) net>To: sList Sent: Saturday, August 30, 2008 9:55:09 PMSubject: Re: Allergist in SW Broward Can Dana Wallace or any other allergist do some of the DAN type allergy testing for wheat, cassein, soy, etc, instead of going to a DAN doctor? Guest guest
Once a year we go to ton, SC. Nine to ten hours by car. We test for three-two days and order our shots and sublinguals by mail. Dr. Lieberman's Center for Occupational & Environmental Medicine has a great staff and it is the only thing that helps my son . And we have done a lot! Dr. Lieberman is also a DAN Doctor. --------- Re: Allergist in SW Broward Can Dana Wallace or any other allergist do some of the DAN type allergy testing for wheat, cassein, soy, etc, instead of going to a DAN doctor? Guest guest
There is test for dyes, additives, and more. to learn more about it you can go to www.alcat.com for the alcat test. Also Sage (that is another lab) provides the testing too, their website is www.sagemedlab.com. Pricewise ALCAT is cheaper than SAGE, but I know that SAGE does also take insurance and they will work with the patients to determine the insurance situation before doing the test. If you guys need more information you can contact me or contact the labs. Both of them you need a blood sample that can be taken in any doctor office. Hope this helps Luciana > > > > > > Hello, > > > > > > I'm looking for an allergist in the SW Broward area for my 8 year > > old daughter.
