Can you just swallow or must you chew the garlic?

Hi everyone, I would like to share a cleanse for systemic candida from Dr. G. , an excellent alternative doctor who publishes a newsletter. He says that this method is safe and inexpensive. First, buy the freshest organic garlic you can find. Keep in mind the stronger and more pungent it is, the better it will probably work. Start by consuming four or five large, raw cloves every day. After three or four days of this, it's not unusual for people with severe yeast infections to experience one or more large bowel movements loaded with spaghetti-like yeast organisms (these are actually yeast colonies). Don't be alarmed if this happens to you - it's a positive sign that the garlic is working. After a couple of weeks of high garlic consumption, you can scale down to a single clove a day, then gradually taper off completely, depending on how you progress. There have been on occasion reports of intestinal gas or abdominal discomfort from such high doses of garlic, but it seems to be rare and short-lived, when it does occur. In addition, after the first few days of taking the larger doses of garlic, it is also suggested that you make a continued effort to re-establish the normal bacterial flora in the bowel by eating plenty of unflavored yogurt or taking acdophilus tablets. I realize that everybody is wondering if you have a garlicy smell from this cleanse. I don't know. I am going to try it after my Rascal parasite cleanse. I'll be keeping a lot of Certs handy, and drinking lots of water. Garlic has powerful anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, anti-tumor, and anti-viral properties, so it sounds promising. Personally, I don't think you have to suffer from candida your entire life if all the correct steps are taken to improve your health.

I'm doing the Candida cleanse while doing the injections. So far no

lightheadedness or any bad side effects. I'm only on my 4th injection; may

want to talk to those with much more experience than me. Good luck to you.

Hi , I'm planning on continuing my second month on cleanse when I

start phase 2. I can't imagine it would cause any harm. I know the

colonix cleanse they recommend for atleast two month. Which cleanse are

you doing?

I was taking the Dr. Natura cleanse but I stopped because it contains

roots and veg like products and KT says not to mix vegs. Any

thoughts on whether this is right or not? I plan to continue

afterwards.

HI LL. For candida you may have to consider doing a few consectutive cleanses. After comparing ingredients of many, I chose CandiGone by ReNew Life. It really in quite inexpensive as cleanses go. I combine it with Colonix Intestinal & Parasite Cleanse. If you are going after candida, use ACV capsules Cpconut Oil Capsules to alkalize at the same time. It took me about a month to alkalize. I measure 7.1/7.2 regularly where as when I started I was measuring 6 to 6.5!

Garden of Life Candida Cleanse is expensive but aggressive too. I combined with lemon extract concentrate and salt. Three days into it, I was very sick and then I expelled spores and hyphae.

So, tell me about your liver cleanse experience. I am interested. I have found the various cleanses very helpful in getting well on the inside while fighting the outside mites. I am finding the mite activity is decreasing and not as aggressive as well.

I did the liver cleanse last week and then last nite again. Last week I got out

soooo many stones! This time was much less.

I felt much better last week --less pinpricks and black specks--after the

cleanse.

I think i have a systemic fungal infection from being on antibiotics for my

whole life and not taking probiotics--I think this is at the root of my

problems with Morgellons.I think the fungus growing inside of me attracts these

parasites. Also--leaky gut --the stuff coming out of my skin could be from

leaky gut which is from systemic fungal infection--food, bacteria,parasites etc.

What do you think about all that??

Where did you get those candida cleanses? Online or at a store?

I find black specks all over the vinyl mattress cover every morning--what the

hell is this? I have never seen them move. I do get bit at night ,but not

super bad.

The hard part is cutting out sugar and wine!!!!

Give yourself a whole day at least to recover from the liver cleanse--it makes

you really weak since you cant eat for almost 24 hours. But you feel better

once you start eating. I definitely recommend the grapefruit juice as the site

recommends also.

Frito--how long have you had this? Do you find black specks? Do you get better

and then worse again?

I fluctuate between thinking I have mites, or if it the leaky gut pushing things

out thru my skin which feels the same as the mite bites....probably both.

My live/w boyfriend still doesnt feel a thing.

I have ordered both on line and in store purchases. I have been cleansing since November. I started this journey on a recommendation by another poster here but no longer. They are also part of my protocols from Dr. Hildy. I too have been exposed to long term antibiotics. I have probably been on antibiotics more so than I have not. Your observations are correct. Your thinking is right on.

Yes, I cycle. It is part of the healing process. The bad days are not steps backward, you are still going forward even though you feel worse. Each time you cycle, the cycles will be longer apart and shorter in duration. The first couple of months are rough. Besides your liver and kidneys, your skin is the only other place for toxins, bacteria, and such to exit the body. Leaky gut is also a very distinct possiblility and your awareness of it shows you have been doing some homework. You are doing good, keep it up.

Yes, I find black specks daily. These are dead mites I have found. Its the white ones that are alive. I don't get bitten up anymore. I spray my bed, sheets and pillows with a natural spray targeted against pests prior to retiring.

You asked how long have I had this. I suspect many. I have only been aware of the actual problem for about a year. During that year the road has been long, first it was folliculitis, tinea versacolor, etc. that took months before I suspected anything environmental and then it was due to my pets symptoms. Then it progressed from them to scabies and then to birdmites and then to mouse mites and now Morgellons. I cannot seem to get my mite identified, but it is definately mites. I have been treating for mites for about a year, but remember, a good portion of that time was wasted thinking scabies and then pets. I have been treating my environment diligently for about 7 months? My environment doesn't bother me anymore. Its the ones on my body and that is also way down. I am hopeful......

You are doing good Lucy. Keep it up and you will improve. Still need to fight mites as well as the internal issues. I believe they go hand in hand.

The site discusses issues of antibiotic use, diet, and goes over results from scientific tests that they have done on different protocols that are readily available. Thank you so much for the information!! It is alot of information to take in, can I just take the Kolorox? How long do you recommend? I'm already on a the most plain diet ever! Fish, chicken and veggies with occasional fruits..I spoke to my doctor today about Canadida he said it sounds like BS to him and LDN has nothing to do with it.. But to me there is still something the doctors are all missing and until I'm back to my 'SUPERWOMAN' self I will try and not give up no matter what they say!! I have to help myself for me, my husband of 16 yrs and my 3 young boys who depend on me!!
