I'd like to invite you to the APD Disability Employment Awareness Month

Kick-Off Event called " Paving the Way to Work, Live, and Succeed " . This

informational forum will be on October 3, 2008 at The First Church of the

Nazarene, 3375 Fruitville Road, Sarasota, Florida. We encourage you to

inform the individuals and families that you serve to join us. Attached

below will be a flyer and registration form for the event. Please note the

registration deadline. Providers, community partners and stakeholders who

would like to have a exhibit table, please note that the spaces are given

on a first come first serve basis (see Exhibit Request Form).
