Guest guest
I just got my first cortisone shot last Tuesday in my shoulder. I have one thing to say " OUCH! " LOL I know a few of you have been getting the shots so maybe you can answer some questions I didn't ask the doctor that I don't go back to until November. How long do the shot normally last? And how often can you and/or do you get them? Thanks
Guest guest
HI , I probably get cortisone shots every 6 months or longer. The last one only lasted a few days. Probably because I didn't baby it after the shot. My rheum gives me the shot in my rotator cuff. Someone in my other group said to take it easy the first 24hrs after the shot so I will do that with my next one. hugs, Debbie J ---
