check out fatwheels.com- if you want your child just to be able to ride a bike independently (tricycle) without learning how to ride on just two wheels . My 4 year old is still working on it but his OT told me she velcros his shoes to the pedals so his feet don't slide off. Maybe that will help. Has anyone had any luck/experience in teaching their kids to ride a bike? My son is 12, high functioning autistic but can't ride a bike yet. I want to teach him this summer and don't know where to start. Any tips??
