Guest guest
You can make noodles by slicing it flat after removing skin using a vegetable peeler. Bake it on a cookie sheet and dot with butter. Do it on medium or low heat for 20 minutes. I also drop the slices into chicken soup and simmer only 10-12 minutes. > I can handle carrots cooked for 2 hours now not 4 - I'm trying > zucchini > first time tonight - how long should i cook it??? > thanks > > Carol F. > Celiac, SCD 8 years,MCS, Latex Allergy > http://www.celiac.com/authors/143/Carol-Frilegh > http://www.talkaboutcuringautism.org/gfcf-diet/sc-diet.htm >

Peel it. Cook it until tender, test it. If it's not OK at that level of cooking, cook it more. One of the easiest ways to get it really well done is to make " noodles " out of it, with a vegetable peeler. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund
