You can make noodles by slicing it flat after removing skin using a

vegetable peeler. Bake it on a cookie sheet and dot with butter. Do

it on medium or low heat for 20 minutes. I also drop the slices into

chicken soup and simmer only 10-12 minutes.

Peel it. Cook it until tender, test it. If it's not OK at that level of

cooking, cook it more. One of the easiest ways to get it really well done

is to make " noodles " out of it, with a vegetable

peeler.
