Sounds Yummy Carol! 2 of my favs Blue cheese and asparagus. I will

try once I can eat asaparagus again--

> 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

> 2 tablespoons of crumbled blue cheese

> 1 pat butter

> 1 tablespoon almond flour

> salt and pepper

> a few drops of honey

> (When cooking with olive oil do not pour it in the heated pan but

> toss the food in the oil separately first. The flavor will be

better.)

> Coat asparagus with the oil. Heat a heavy grilling pan and place

> asparagus in it. Add salt and pepper. Cook turning frequently 5-7

> Combine the remaining ingredients and mash with a fork until

creamy.

> Place cooked asparagus on a serving plate and ix with the roux
