Guest guest
Tennis is good too... Also, depending upon the age and developmental abilites of your child, try this Japanese marble game. It requires the player to move the marble through a variety of mazes, using the controller, which is good for concentration and motor skills. Quite challenging but our kids, who are so visual, may really like it. My son does and it moves nice and slow, unlike other video games. It's called Kororinpa: Marble Mania Simple Wii games for our kids? Hello all, We recently got a Wii and my ASD 8 year old daughter loves the bowling that came with it. Does anyone have any recommendations for any other simple Wii games that our kids can play? Thanks!
Guest guest
My 6 y/o (HFA) loves to play Indiana (just to control Indy, not to play-play), Paper (he plays on my game that I've beater - again, just to play, not to win), regular (purchased via the download feature), Carnival Games (tons of very easy games on here, some difficult ones too, but lots are similar in ease to the WiiPlay bowling game).Just FYI, if you are near a GameStop, pick up a couple of GameCube controllers (maybe 15$ each) and some GameCube games. They will play in the Wii, they are cheap (anywhere from 5 - 15$) and they have a lot of simple/easy to play games available. Guest guest
Marble Mania is also my sons favorite. He has mastered all levels so now maybe I can play being that it was bought for my birthday and he took it over. Also could Try Carnival Games. It has a lot of fun and easy games on it. And Cookin Mama is a good one too. Dawn www.shoppingcartblankie.com Subject: Re: Simple Wii games for our kids? To: sList Date: Sunday, September 14, 2008, 7:01 PM Tennis is good too... Guest guest
My almost 7 yr old child with ASD absolutely loves Big Brain Academy. Its good for concentration, attention to detail, memory, and puzzle solving. Its not trivia. There's a little bit of reading involved. My 4 yr old (non-readers) can figure out a lot of it. Good for grown ups too. I would definitely recommend renting a few games at Blockbuster first. Hello all, We recently got a Wii and my ASD 8 year old daughter loves the bowling that came with it.
