Hi Deb,

I take sulfasalazine (quite a bit less than before SCD - yay!)

Most of the glucosamine supplements I found had illegals in them. I

have arthritis in my knees, so I am still taking a glucosamine

supplement I found at Trader Joe's (Trader Darwin's

Glucosamine/Chondroitin once daily controlled release tablets). It

doesn't have anything illegal in it except " beef powder (for color) "

which I suspect probably has some starch. One of these days, I'm going

to stop taking it altogether to see if my arthritis flares up - but

I'm an avid mountain bike rider and am afraid to open the door for the

arthritis because it might force me to stay off my bike for awhile

(which would kill me). But that might be prolonging my recovery on

SCD, too ...

For the folic acid and B12, I take Whole Foods' High Potency B

Complex, which has no illegals list on the label.
