Yogurt temp solution

I have been using my yogourmet for the past year and realized it was

running high after reading some of the emails last summer. Mine was

running at 120-125 during most of the 24 hours. I experimented with

the water levels and found that the more water i added into the

machine, the lower the temp was. I now fill the water to just below

the plastic lid (I use a glass container from Lucy's Kitchen Shop

instead of the plastic container that came with the unit). The machine

now runs at 110 during the entire 24 hour cycle. I am now adding

approx. 1 3/4 cups of water instead of 1 1/2 cups. I hope this helps

other Yogourmet users out there!
