Well darn, that's what I bought? Two packs, I might add.

Can we just make our own cottage cheese and leave the cream out?

Does anybody know?

There are two types of

cheese called farmers cheese. One is like dry curd

cottage cheese, and the other is similar in consistency to Brick or

Monterey Jack. The Farmer's cheese that is similar to Brick or Monterey

Jack, is not legal.
