We just have to be wary of the sesame seeds themselves until considerable healing has taken place. (Tiny little seeds can do evil things to tender insides.) For reasons I couldn't explain, I use untoasted sesame oil on chicken and fish, and the toasted sesame oil, which has a stronger taste, on beef, pork (and when I can find it) lamb. In fact, since my husband observes Lent, I shall be making " Chinese Sea Bream " for dinner tonight, using untoasted sesame oil. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund
