Guest guest
Anyone have experience, good or bad, with Zeolite drops Zeolith is an excellent way to detox heavy metals because it is a lava rock that has a positive ion charge that attracts a negative ion charge that is found in heavy metals. Zeolith not only detoxes metals, but can make many positive changes in the body on many levels depending on the person. Some children can tolerate a fair amount on a regular basis. Some moms have to go so far as to put one drop in eight ounces of water because their child is so sensitive. As a rule of thumb start very slow - 1 to 2 drops only and see how your child does. Do not give your child Zeolith if they are proned to seizures. Zeolith has also been very successful with cancer patients who are on extremely high dosages. Guest guest
Excuse me!! Are we at the stage where we will try anything? We condemn experimenting on animals but we can give our children poison. Any parent who is willing to give their child this substance should take it as well. This reeks of voodoo medicine. There are doctors all over the country using Zeolith and doing clinical trials with autistic kids. Maybe you need to be better informed before you pass judgement on something you know nothing about. Guest guest
OK now. No need to lash out. Was just asking because my mother had been asking me about it. (A person she knows swears up and down by it and was encouraging her to take it and my son, who is on the spectrum) I advised her not to take it, but would try to find more info on it. Figured someone on this list has tried it and could provide input. And NO..I am not desperately turning to "poison" to try and help my child. Thanks for your input. How many medical doctors “all over the country” use Zeolith? Appearently you have accepted a conclusion before seeing the proof. I take a more scientific approach and so do most physicians. Guest guest
You always see snake oil type remedies offered, when there are no 'cures' or viable treatments for diseases/ conditions. The same thing happened to cancer patients, prior to chemo./surgery. In fact, all thoughout our history, you can see this type of thing happening repeatedly. We want to 'do something', when we feel helpless. When a viable treatment comes up, it will be all over the news. Sara Tony T wrote: Zeolite=Snake Oil What a conflict of interest for someone who is actually selling it to be touting it! Do some searching on this product. There is not one shred of evidence that proves this works on anything! Guest guest
I think VERY carefully before putting anything into my child. Ive never detoxed my son and I dont plan on it. Thankfully, he is doing very well and doesnt need any of it. A family member was curious about it's use in children on the spectrum. Since I dont know much of it, I thought Id ask this group, being as many of you may have had experiences with detoxification methods. I like to hear about new/different approaches for personal learning purposes. I like hearing parent's input in addition to considering research data. Good or bad, effective treatment or "snake oil".....I appreciate EVERYONE who has responded. Thank you, Subject: RE: ZeoliteTo: sList Date: Wednesday, September 24, 2008, 3:38 PM , I only wanted to point out that when a parent wants to try something new, the parent should keep in mind that the remedy may do more harm than the problem. I¢m not sure which caught my attention first, lava rock or seizures. Sometimes I think we haven¢t come further than the old medicine remedies when the bottle contained more alcohol than anything else. And yes, those medicines made you feel good but nothing more. Also, there was always someone who made profit from it. Guest guest
Thank you Glenda. Yes it's worse than snake oil. It's poison. Only use under a doctors care. The results are not in on the research studies. Don't make your kid a guinea pig.
