hi all I posted at the regular site but noone is there???

i'm 4 weeks scd - symptoms going but not gaining weight- so I added a

little cheddar cheese last night and this morning and a bit of olive

oil/honey to everything all day

all i can have now is chicken steak carrots apple/pear sauce eggs honey

diluted white grape juice (tried almond butter and green beans - no

good)

i eat every 2 hours - lots of food

i'm down to 86 lbs 5'4 and need to gain - i've been told avocado so got

one today how do I prepare it - don't think i'll like it but wil eat

it :-)i'll do anything

feeling better but very nervous about the weight and doc etc saying

not to do scd if i'm not gaining

PS the cheddar made first bm less formed and i got a bit crampy - gone

now and had formed bm since - do I keep it in??? and i'm a bit

uncomfy " full feeling " from everything else - need to add stuff but

want to feel good too

help please
