Guest guest Posted January 7, 2008 Report Share Posted January 7, 2008 Lucy's SCD Cookbook has a Chorizo Sausage recipe in it. I don't like chorizo so I haven't tried it. I have tried the Italian Sausage and the Breakfast Pork Sausage and loved both of them. When I made the pork sausage my husband asked where I had got it and was amazed that it was a homemade recipe.
