Speaking of which, if anyone wants to send hugs to her, I'll be happy to

deliver. She's moved from MO to SD. ND? SD. But she is en route this

week! But she is so close that she is coming. I haven't seen her since Nov

and who knows, I may never again. I will be sure to check out her LBL and

report accordingly.

THE TYE DYE straight jackets that say " Jerry would still be here if

he had gastric bypass and drank our protein supplements! " on them! BTW, I

don't do the protein suppliments very often, of couse I did the first 6 weeks

post op. I do keep them around for major protein cravings. My macro

asorbtion (protein, fat, carohydrates) is fine, its the micronutrients

(minerals and vitamins) that I have to watch.

Yes, but which strait jackets? Blue? Green? Since they put us in a smoking

room and I reserved AND confirmed NON, you can imagine how my happiness

runneth over at moving today at the same time we are setting up the booth.

This is almost as good as getting to the airport and having them tell me my

1:30 pm flight (reserved in FEB!!!) left at 9:30 am. They could SQUEEZE us

on (the one that matched my ticket!). But we had to do some fancy footwork

to get seats together. At least it was a nice flight. Good thing. I HATE

travelling, hate flying. I think I might be a tad grumpy. Hahah!

Vic-

You forgot where I AM! It'd be ELVIS here. And it's more than true,

unfortunately! Haha!

I'm feeding bars to the helpers and nearby booths and they're all becoming

hooked! However, they're not RNY so they get full food value. I haven't

seen your doc yet, but I've seen some names that sound really familiar. But

there are HUNDREDS of 'em.

Dr Fox introduced us to Dr Scopinaro, inventor of the RNY (bypass) type

procedure and I was awe struck (can we say Groupie?). He introduced Carolyn

& me as pts, but forgot DON! SHEESH! Dr Fox knew this was so impress me

that I'd actually be quiet for a moment! It worked!

We are wearing our Exhibitor badges in order to get into these functions and

one doc asked us what we sold, so we said, and identified ourselves as pts,

too. This is a doc, mind you, and he says, " You don't LOOK like pts " . OH?

Does that mean because we are not round? Or because we are not pale? Hmmm.

His floor happened, but as he got off he told us to advertise in the

Bariatric Journal and off he jumped! I couldn't see his badge.

If I wear my glasses, I can't see their faces, and if I don't, I have to

STUDY their badges! AAAAAAAAA!

You guys still on Obestiyhelp.com? Their booth is next to ours, so that's

kind of fun! He's brimming over with new ideas!!!
