Alia,

" Sigh " yes and I would be taking some deep relaxing breaths if I were

facing all of the circumstances of your life. Eating is easy, a form

of release, and something we all do well...calming potato in the form

of crunchy chips makes alot of sense to me. I've found that my body

will balance itself after an episode of compulsive eating...my hunger

signals take longer to come back to me and I wait for them and feel my

fullness again. And, I've found that regular movement/exercise that I

enjoy helps me manage my stress and balances out my food intake over

time.

Your message expressed great awareness of what's going on for you and

in your life. I can definitely understand the type of tired and

possible overwhelm that you're feeling. During those times, I have to

let go of things that I have no real control over and focus on those

things that I can influence. Wishing you strength, clarity, peace,

rest and joy where possible.
