More subtle signs I often miss when working is that I can't concentrate on the stuff I'm doing anymore and that I get very fidgety (more than usually that is). My thoughts also race faster. Hope that helped. Regards s.
Guest guest
Strong signals are stomach growling Yes I can remember the first time my tummy growled and I connected it with hunger. And it was only a few month ago and I just turned 55. That's one of the side effects of my dieting life LOL
Guest guest
I'm still working on identifying my hunger signals as well, but I feel like I'm making some progress. I can't really explain it very well but just recently I've started having this transient feeling in my belly and when I feel that I find myself realizing that I'm hungry. I have yet to get better at recognizing my hunger signals as I still have several times where one minute I'm not even close to being hungry and could care less about food and the next minute my stomach is growling and I'm completely ravenous. What kinds of symptoms do you have to let you know you are hungry and need to eat? I'm currently having trouble identifying hunger signals properly (as opposed to emotional hunger signals), so I would love some advice. Thank you kindly, everyone <3---- Suspicious message?
