Not really, , I'm afraid. I'm just working on challenging that

B & W thinking when I notice it, opening my mind to alternative

viewpoints. For a long time, one of my personal mottos which I

sometimes repeat to myself numerous times a day has been " persistence

and progress, not perfection " . (Another thing to tattoo on my arm? LOL)
