hungry?

I have no idea! Now that I'm trying to pay attention to my hunger, I

realize that I have no idea what it feels like! I know what it feels

like when I haven't eaten for too long and my stomach is growling and

I'm light headed or have a headache. But when it's been a couple of

hours, and I'm starting to ask myself how i feel, sometimes i can't

figure it out. I don't know if i'm hungry or not feeling good. Thinking

about food usually makes me want to eat it, but I know it's

psychological. So I don't know when my body wants me to eat, until i am

past the point of being just hungry to being so hungry that i'm in a

hurry to eat. How do you tell when you're really just hungry? or not

hungry? It feels a little embarrasing just admitting that I don't know.
