Snacks without deepfryer

Hi all,

I'd like some brain waves for snacks (bored with the ones I've been having - time to try something else). My electric range is playing up so I'd prefer some oven/bake recipies & I haven't started on nuts yet. Can the vege crisps be baked instead of deep-fried? Thanks in advance.

"Waving at you Gillian"No bake suggestion: Spread out flat slices of sugar free naturally smoked salmon or sushi salmon. Pop in a small piece of goat Brie, some minced onion, a few capers, one drop of honey and a dash of back pepper, Roll and rock. And one for baking: remove pits from Medjool dates. Stuff with a  cooked mushroom, an olive or cheese. Wrap in bacon, secure with a soaked toothpick and bake at 350 for about 40 minutes until bacon is crisp, Drain, cool and serve.Mix crab meat with SCD mayonnaise, add your favorite cheese and bake slowly in a medium low oven until it bubbles and dip veggies or SCD crackers in the mixture.Hi all, I'd like some brain waves for snacks (bored with the ones I've been having - time to try something else).
