Guest guest
My candida/yeast levels always jump high when I have pineapple juice (can't eat the fruit anymore, so juice it). For that reason I don't have it too often. I love pineapple, so I miss it. On the other hand, after having struggled for 2 years to get my candida overgrowth under control and my gut ecology restored, I pay attention to those first warning signs of a candida level surge. Don't want to go through that again..... So I don't eat pineapple, or other sweet fruits, very often -- even when they are juiced and extremely diluted. Kim M. SCD 4+ years >>>>>>>>>>>>>> Since pineapple is so sweet naturally is this feeding the candida andbad bacteria more so than other fruits? I feel after I eat itsometimes I am "hooked" now it is so delicious and that could be itbut it seems like something goes haywire in me and it's like "ohh mygod sugar must eat more now!!"jodi
