Guest guest
At the Whole Foods Market and our local Farmer's Market, there is a product called "fried peas" which are peas that are fried in oil and have only salt added to them. I know that the addition of salt can be questionable as there is often a binding agent (although looking at these peas, the salt is obviously not sticking to them!) But aside from that, is there any reason I can't make fried peas at home? Or if I contact Whole Foods to confirm the legality of their source of salt can these yummy, crunchy, snacks be considered legal? Thanks, Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Yahoo!
