Your welcome Cheryl some days you struggle more then others with IE but if you stick with it you will be happy with your relationship with food. I know I am a lot happier with my relationship with food since I started IE. Eva

Eva, Thanks for the encouring words! I tend to be a bit impatient, so they really hit the mark. I'll try to remember that with IE "perfection is not a virtue."
